Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was very helpful and even offered us a discount for the inconvenience we faced. The central location made it easy to explore Nantes, although the view of the construction site was less than ideal.
The hotel had a quiet and completely blacked-out room at night, which was very comfortable, but it didn't live up to the Junior Suite quality expected. The ceiling wood panels added a nice touch to the room.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, but being close to the Bar Patio area could get noisy sometimes. The service was attentive and helpful, ensuring all our requests were met, yet there were occasional acknowledgments of issues. The location in Nantes was fantastic, within walking distance of everything one could need, although the noise from nearby establishments could be bothersome at times. The dining was a pleasant experience with creative dishes but the empty ambiance was a downside. Overall, a good stay with room for improvement.
My stay at this hotel was a mixture of positives and negatives. The room, although on the quiet side of the building and comfortable, lacked a good view due to the angled velux window. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional, providing me with extra pillows, drinks, and valuable city guides. The location was superb, centrally located with easy access to key attractions. However, the dining experience was a bit of a hit or miss, with some aspects being excellent while others were poor value for money.
